Equal Chance Boxing Foundation (“Foundation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a nonprofit organization committed to transparency, integrity, and responsible stewardship of all donations.

This Donation Policy explains how donations are accepted, processed, and used.

1. Use of Donations

All donations made to Equal Chance Boxing Foundation support our mission and programs, including but not limited to:

• Youth boxing programs

• Recovery and rehabilitation initiatives

• Community training sessions

• Equipment, facilities, and operational support

The Foundation reserves the right to allocate donations where they are most needed to further our mission.

2. Donation Processing

Donations made through our website are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal, using the GiveWP platform.

The Foundation does not store or have access to donors’ full payment information.

3. Refund Policy

Donations are considered final and non-refundable, except in cases of:

• Duplicate transactions

• Technical errors

• Unauthorized or fraudulent charges

If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

4. Tax Deductibility

Equal Chance Boxing Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization.

Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding tax deductibility.

A donation receipt will be provided for your records.

We respect donor privacy and do not sell, trade, or share donor information with third parties, except as required to process donations or comply with legal obligations.

Upon successful donation, donors will receive an electronic receipt acknowledging their contribution. Donors are encouraged to retain this receipt for their records.
